A Cambridge-educated engineer and CFA Charterholder, Mohamed brings nearly two decades of global infrastructure experience, spanning investment funds, corporate developers, sovereign entities and boutique advisory mandates

He has led project development, financial structuring and execution in over 40 markets across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, Central Asia and Europe.

His career includes leadership and investment roles at Abu Dhabi Ports Group, Asma Capital (IDB Fund II), Al Rajhi Holding, Gridworks Development Partners and Operis

Mohamed’s expertise covers:

  • Financial modelling for PPP, PFI, M&A and project finance transactions

  • Deal structuring, due diligence and execution

  • Asset management and post-acquisition integration

  • Capital raising: equity, co-investment structures and debt financing

  • Public–private partnerships and concession frameworks

He has advised or supported strategic mandates ranging from utility-scale power and grid infrastructure, to large port and logistics platforms, to privatization and post-IPO integration activities.
