He has led project development, financial structuring and execution in over 40 markets across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, Central Asia and Europe.
His career includes leadership and investment roles at Abu Dhabi Ports Group, Asma Capital (IDB Fund II), Al Rajhi Holding, Gridworks Development Partners and Operis

Financial modelling for PPP, PFI, M&A and project finance transactions
Deal structuring, due diligence and execution
Asset management and post-acquisition integration
Capital raising: equity, co-investment structures and debt financing
